The winners of the Spring CahabaQue BBQ Cook-Off have been announced, and the event raised over $38,946 for breast cancer research in Alabama. The biannual event, held this year on April 15, drew an estimated 1,300 guests to Cahaba Brewing Co.
“We are thrilled to have raised the highest amount in CahabaQue’s history,” said Eric Meyer, COO and co-owner of Cahaba Brewing Co. “We love hosting this event because it’s so fun, but also because the cause is so important. Every dollar raised will support lifesaving projects to advance breast cancer detection, diagnosis, and treatment to make a difference in the lives of those affected.”
